Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Rigatoni pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Salad cream with 40 % low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (100 g each) bags lettuce-mix
  • 2 red onions
  • 150 g Baguette salami

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the salad cream with 4 tablespoons of water and vinegar and season to taste with honey, vinegar, salt and pepper

    Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Wash the salad, shake dry and pluck small according to size. Peel onions and cut into strips. Halve the sausage slices. Mix noodles and sauce, fold in salad and sausage
