Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Cut ham into long pieces. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, cut out the inside.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. For the marinade, puree the tomato interior, add vinegar and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Wash, chop and stir in basil. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade.
Leave covered to draw. Season again and serve garnished with basil.
