Pasta pockets with apple-leek filling

Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Sticks Leeks
  • 3 Apples
  • 2 Corners processed cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter

Directions

    Knead flour, eggs, water and salt to a smooth dough and let it rest for about 40 minutes.

    Cut the leek into fine rings and fry in a little oil. Peel and grate the apples and add to the leek. Cut the processed cheese into pieces, add and let it melt, mix the cheese well.

    Season the filling with salt, pepper and curry according to taste.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut out circles of about 8-10 cm in diameter. Place about 2 tsp. filling on each circle, fold the circles into pockets and press the edge firmly.

    Heat salt water in a pot. Then let the pasta pockets steep in boiling water for a few minutes.

    Melt some butter. Arrange the pasta pockets on the plates, pour some hot butter over them and sprinkle with paprika powder or curry. It goes very well with lamb's lettuce with apples.
