Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Wholemeal horn noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Aubergine
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON fresh rosemary needles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it. Add herbs and season everything with salt and pepper.

    Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables. Cut cheese into cubes and toss briefly.
