Paprika-Yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Yoghurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 8 red peppers (fresh or from the jar)
  • 8 discs Meter bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely grate the peppers. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic. Mix yoghurt, onion, garlic and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in paprika.

    Arrange paprika-yoghurt with pepperoni and bread on plates. Dust yoghurt with parica powder. Garnish with parsley.
