Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 red pepper (approx. 125 g)
  • 50 g spanish olives stuffed with paprika
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Halve, seed and wash the peppers. Dice the bell peppers finely. Cut 1 olive into slices. Dice the rest of the olives.

    Mix quark, olive oil and aiwar. Season with salt and sugar. Stir in diced paprika and olives. Arrange curd cheese in a bowl and garnish with olive slices
