Cucumber-Zucchini-Relish

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp Each glass for about 4 persons:
  • 250 g Onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 (475 g; net: 450 g) small cucumbers
  • 2 (600 g; net: 550 g) large zucchini
  • 200 ml White wine vinegar
  • 200 g demerara sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Clean and wash cucumbers and zucchini. Press garlic through a garlic press. Cut onions, cucumbers and zucchini into very small cubes. Mix prepared ingredients, vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes.

    Pour into carefully prepared glasses while still hot, seal well and store in a cold place.
