  • 250 g baby potatoes
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 small clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Peel and quarter

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and cut the onion into eighths. Peel and chop garlic. Steam everything in hot oil for 5 minutes. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes and basil leaves
