Ingredients

  • 1 small red and yellow peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 400 g Penne rigate pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 coated Tsp Tomato paste
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into thin strips. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin strips. Cut the bacon also into strips

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon and onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the pepper strips and tomato paste. Fry the vegetables for about 3 more minutes, then deglaze with cream. Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips. Stir the parsley strips into the pepper sauce. Drain the noodles and mix with the sauce. Arrange on plates and serve immediately. Served with Parmesan cheese
