Paprika meatballs on skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 1/2 small red, yellow and green peppers
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Chanterelles
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON clear broth (instant)
  • 4-6 Kebabs

Directions

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut 2 spring onions into fine rings, the rest into pieces. Clean, wash and finely dice the bell peppers

    Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, onion rings, diced peppers, egg, salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Form 4-6 longish meatballs and skewer them. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil on each side for 6-8 minutes

    Drain the mushrooms. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Brown the onion pieces in it. Fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Take out skewers, keep warm. Deglaze the meat with 200 ml water and cream. Stir in broth, bring to the boil and season to taste. Serve everything. Serve with rice or bread

    The skewers also work well on the grill. You can also season them with ready-made grill spices
