Braised turkey breast with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 red peppers (about 250 g each)
  • 600 g Mushrooms
  • 0?$? Branches of rosemary
  • 800 g Turkey Breast
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 350 ml Vegetable broth
  • 75 ml Soy sauce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cornstarch

    Onions peel, halve and in strips cut. Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Mushrooms clean, clean. Wash rosemary, shake dry and pluck needles from the branches

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice coarsely. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a roaster. Fry the meat on all sides over a high heat. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a roasting pan, fry the mushrooms well while turning. Season with salt and pepper, take out

    Add the onions and peppers to the frying oil and fry while turning. Season with salt and pepper, add rosemary. Add meat and mushrooms, heat up again. Mix stock and soy sauce with starch. Deglaze meat with it, bring to the boil and braise covered for 10-12 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper. Rice tastes good with it
