Ingredients

  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 75 g roasted peppers in oil (glass)
  • 200 g lactose-free feta
  • 100 g lactose-free sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the thyme, shake dry and chop the leaves of 3 stems coarsely. Drain the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop 1/2 clove of garlic from the jar of peppers.

    Mash the feta with a fork. Stir in sour cream, 1 tablespoon paprika oil from the jar, paprika cubes, garlic and thyme and season with pepper. Garnish with thyme before serving.
