Paprika and zucchini salad with mozzarella and Bündner Fleisch

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow and red pepper
  • 2 Courgette
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Branches of rosemary
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 16 discs (approx. 50 g) Bündnerfleisch

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Wash the rosemary, shake dry

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Fry half the garlic and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 4 tbsp vinegar. Take out the zucchini, wipe out the pan and repeat the process with paprika

    Wash the rocket, clean it and shake it dry. Pick mozzarella. Arrange fried vegetables, rocket, mozzarella and Bündnerfleisch
