Pappardelle with prawns in garlic sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Pappardelle (ribbon noodles, 10 cm wide)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 8-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 (approx. 250 g) Prawns with head
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and drain. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and drain the spinach. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Wash the prawns, dab dry and fry in the frying fat for approx. 3 minutes on each side.

    Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add spinach to the frying fat and let it collapse at low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add noodles and mix in. Heat up again briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the noodles and prawns arranged on a plate
