1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them in 2. Drain and slice the mozzarella into 8 slices. Thinly slice the basil
2 Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cut out 4 rectangles from cooking paper. Place a slice of ham, a chicken breast and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on top. Fold the ham over.
3 Add the tomatoes and basil leaves to the papillotes, pour a drizzle of oil. Close the papillotes and place them in a dish (or on the baking sheet). Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot
