Pancakes with orange quark

Ingredients

  • 1 untreated orange
  • 40 g flour ( to the B. dark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Wheat flour type 1050)
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 100 ml Buttermilk
  • 80 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Pistachios

Directions

    Wash the orange with hot water, dab dry and rub some peel off. Mix with flour, egg and buttermilk until smooth. Let it swell for about 10 minutes

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into slices and collect the juice. Stir curd cheese, juice and mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with sugar and cinnamon. Chop the pistachios

    Bake a thin pancake from the dough in a coated pan (approx. 20 cm Ø) until golden brown. Cover with curd cheese and orange slices and fold over into a bag. Sprinkle pistachios over it
