Ingredients

  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 1 small onion
  • 75 g Bacon strips
  • 1 small bunch of radishes
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme and salad leaves

Directions

    Mix flour, eggs, salt and milk until smooth and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Add onion to bacon and fry briefly. Clean and wash radishes, except for a few for garnishing, and cut them into sticks.

    Mix quark, bacon and onions. Fold in the radishes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Heat oil in portions in a large pan. Sprinkle some thyme in the pan. Put half the dough in the pan and bake. Bake the other half of the dough in the same way. Cut the pancakes in half. Spread half of the pancake halves with 1/4 of the quark and fold over.
