Mix flour, eggs, salt and milk until smooth and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Add onion to bacon and fry briefly. Clean and wash radishes, except for a few for garnishing, and cut them into sticks.

Bake the other half of the dough in the same way. Cut the pancakes in half. Spread half of the pancake halves with 1/4 of the quark and fold over.
