Ingredients

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 80 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 (10 g) str. tbsp. flour
  • 3 (30 g) str. tbsp. sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 150 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 250 g red fruit jelly (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Boil the milk briefly. Put semolina in a bowl. Stir in the milk quickly. Leave to swell for max. 5 minutes. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites and 1 pinch of salt until stiff.

    Add the quark and egg yolk to the semolina and immediately stir in with the whisks of the hand mixer. Mix flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, stir in briefly

    Fold the beaten egg white into the semolina. Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a coated frying pan. Make 4 small pancakes from half the dough and bake them on each side for about 3 minutes. Keep warm

    Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a frying pan. Bake 4 more cakes from the remaining dough. Arrange with yoghurt and red fruit jelly and dust with icing sugar
