Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Drain the corn on a sieve. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the onions in it. Add minced meat and fry well.
Stir in the tomato paste. Deglaze with 100 ml water. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Add tomato pieces and corn to the mince and cook for about 5 minutes. Briefly heat up tortillas one after the other in a hot pan without fat.
Spread the minced meat mixture over it and roll it up. Place on a baking tray. Roughly grate the cheese and sprinkle on the tortillas. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) until the cheese has melted.
Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle chives over the tortillas. Garnish with parsley as desired. Add crème fraiche.
