Galette with bacon potatoes and raclette

Ingredients

  • 750 g medium-sized potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g Buckwheat flour
  • 50 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 100 g Raclette cheese
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix buckwheat flour, flour, eggs, salt and 200 ml water to a smooth dough. Drain potatoes, rinse and peel. Cut bacon into small cubes. Grate cheese roughly.

    Wash herbs and dab dry. Peel and roughly chop the leaves. Dice potatoes and put aside covered. Peel and finely dice onion. Put some butter in a pan (26 cm Ø) and bake 4 thin pancakes one after the other. Set aside between kitchen paper. Skip the bacon in a pan. Add potatoes and fry for about 4 minutes. Add onion and fry for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
