Beat the eggs and a little salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in flour first, then milk. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple slices well. Cut cheese slices in half. Grease a pan (approx. 20 cm Ø) with oil and put approx. 1/4 of the dough into the pan. Bake the pancakes for approx. 2-3 minutes, turn and cover with 1 slice of ham, 3 slices of pineapple and 4 slices of cheese. Cover and bake until the cheese has melted. Process the rest of the dough in the same way and cover
Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle pancakes with chives. Garnish with cocktail cherries if desired
