Ingredients

  • 1 go. tablespoon (20 g) flour
  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Corn (out of the can)
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 washer (30 g) cooked ham
  • 2-3 drop of oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons (50 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Mix flour, egg and milk until smooth. Season and let it swell for about 10 minutes

    Defrost the peas, drain the corn. Clean and wash mushrooms and peppers. Cut mushrooms into slices, peppers and ham into small cubes

    Brush a coated pan with oil. Sauté the mushrooms in it vigorously. Add ham and other vegetables. Seasoning

    Stir 3 tablespoons of mineral water into the dough. Pour over the vegetables and bake at low heat on both sides for 6-8 minutes until golden brown

    Stir curd cheese and 1 tablespoon mineral water until smooth, season to taste. Arrange pancakes with quark and garnish with dill if necessary

    This guarantees that nothing sticks: heat the coated pan evenly for 2-3 minutes before frying
