Pan-fried shashlik with chips

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (750 g) Oven French fries
  • 500 g Pork escalope in one piece
  • 1 red, green and yellow peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry Powder
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Prepare French fries in the oven according to the package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rectangles. Peel onion and cut into slices

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes while turning it, season with salt and pepper and remove. Put the prepared vegetables in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper, dust with curry and sauté.

    Add ketchup, 150 ml water and meat, bring to the boil and simmer while turning for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Take out french fries, season with salt and arrange with shashlik on plates. Garnish with parsley
