Paksoi au gratin with goat cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Heads of Paksoi (à approx. 500 g)
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 50 g black olives
  • 2 (150 g each) Goat cream cheese rolls
  • 4 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)

Directions

    Clean and wash the paksoi. Cut stems into strips, green into large pieces. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and dice onion and garlic

    Heat the oil. Sauté onion, garlic and stems for about 3 minutes. Stir in the paksoi-green and tomatoes. Season. Stone the olives if necessary, fold in

    Pour the vegetables into 4 small or 1 large ovenproof dish. Cut cheese into 8 taler, season with pepper. Halve bacon lengthwise and wrap around 1 thaler each. Spread on the vegetables. Under the hot oven grill or in the preheated oven
