Overturned shame pudding with mandarins and kiwi

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Pudding powder "vanilla flavour" (for 1/2 l milk each; for cooking)
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml; separation weight: 175 g) Mandarin Oranges
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Rinse the pudding mould (150 ml content) with cold water. Mix pudding powder with vanilla sugar and sugar. Stir with approx. 100 ml milk until smooth. Bring 500 ml milk to the boil in a saucepan and remove from the heat. Stir in the pudding powder.

    Heat up again and let it boil for about 1 minute while stirring. Add sour cream and bring to the boil once. Spread the pudding in the moulds and smooth it down. Leave to set in the fridge for about 3 hours. Drain mandarin oranges on a sieve, catching the juice. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis. Mix 3 tablespoons of mandarin juice with maple syrup. Drizzle fruits with it. Use a sharp knife to cut along the edge of the ramekins. Dip the ramekins briefly in hot water and turn them over onto plates.
