Defrost the peas. Boil eggs hard in about 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and slice. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Cut ham into strips. Clean, wash and cut salad into wide strips.
Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix carefully with the prepared salad ingredients and distribute on plates. For the sauce, wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and chives. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the salad
