Ingredients

  • 300 g Paccheri (noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Courgette
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 400 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 ml Orange juice

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the zucchini in it for 3 minutes.

    Remove. Sauté garlic in frying fat. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Fold in tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Add zucchini and noodles and let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Wash parsley and mint and dab dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except some for garnishing, and chop them coarsely. Mix yoghurt and orange juice.
