Orange stracciatella cup

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Pudding powder "vanilla flavour" (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 4 Oranges
  • 50 g Chocolate (e.g. dark chocolate)
  • 100 g Ladyfingers

Directions

    Stir pudding powder, sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in pudding powder and bring to the boil again. Let cool down

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets between the parting skins, collecting the juice. Squeeze the parting skins and collect the juice

  3. 3

    Chopping chocolate. Stir the orange juice into the pudding. Break the biscuits once each. Fill 4 cups or dessert glasses alternately with orange filets and pudding
