Peel, wash and coarsely grate the potatoes. Mix with egg yolk, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add the grated potatoes by the spoonful, press a little flatter.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Distribute on plates. Serve with smoked salmon and sauce, 1 blob of crème fraîche each and sprinkle with crab meat. Serve garnished with dill flowers
