Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (40 ml) Smoked salmon with orange liqueur and sauce
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 1 package (100 g) Fresh North Sea crabs (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill flowers

Directions

    Peel, wash and coarsely grate the potatoes. Mix with egg yolk, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add the grated potatoes by the spoonful, press a little flatter.

    Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Distribute on plates. Serve with smoked salmon and sauce, 1 blob of crème fraîche each and sprinkle with crab meat. Serve garnished with dill flowers
