Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Cake (for example: lemon cake)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 125 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 knife tip grated orange peel
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange slices, carambolese and mint

Directions

    Cut the cake into cubes or cut out stars at will. Spread on dessert plates and sprinkle with liqueur. Sort the raspberries and distribute as well. Pour egg yolk, sugar, orange juice and zest into a mixing bowl.

    Whisk on a hot water bath until thick, pour over the dessert and serve immediately. Decorate with orange slices, carambolese and mint.
