Knead flour, baking powder, 75 g icing sugar, salt, orange peel, fat in flakes, egg yolk and 1-3 teaspoons of ice-cold water first with a hand mixer, then briefly with hands until smooth. Cover and chill for 30 minutes
Divide the dough into 16 portions, form each into approx. 25 cm long rolls on a little flour, cut into approx. 5 cm long pieces. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Let them cool down
Mix 100 g icing sugar and liqueur. Dip the ends of the rolls into it. Leave to dry
