Knead 150 g flour, 100 g butter in pieces, 24 g sweet and possibly 2-3 tbsp. ice-cold water first with a hand mixer, then briefly with your hands. Chill for about 30 minutes.
Cut bread into cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes while turning them into croutons. Season with salt and pepper. ##Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes.
Wash the carambola and cut into slices. Cut out orange fillets between the parting skins. Mix the juice from the parting skins with curd and sweetener. Pour into the tartlets. Decorate with orange, pistachios, carambola and 3 g sweet
