Ingredients

  • 1 large orange (approx. 300 g)
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few dashes of liquid sweetener
  • 1 TEASPOON Maple syrup

Directions

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Mix curd and mineral water. Season to taste with sweetener.

    Arrange the curd and orange filets on a plate, drizzle with syrup.
