Roast the almonds, take them out. Crumble biscuits. Pour both into 8-10 glasses. Drizzle with liqueur and coffee. Peel oranges thickly. Cut out the fillets, catch the juice. Crush them and put them on the biscuits.
Mix mascarpone, quark, milk, 1-2 tbsp. juice, sugar and flavour, pour in. Chill for at least 1 hour. Decorate with amarettini and cocoa, possibly holding a lucky clover stencil over the cream.
