Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 3 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 4-6 Tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • 100 ml strong, cold coffee
  • 3 oranges, 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk, 100 g sugar
  • 1 Fl. butter-vanilla flavour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Amarettini and cocoa

Directions

    Roast the almonds, take them out. Crumble biscuits. Pour both into 8-10 glasses. Drizzle with liqueur and coffee. Peel oranges thickly. Cut out the fillets, catch the juice. Crush them and put them on the biscuits.

    Mix mascarpone, quark, milk, 1-2 tbsp. juice, sugar and flavour, pour in. Chill for at least 1 hour. Decorate with amarettini and cocoa, possibly holding a lucky clover stencil over the cream.
