Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash the chillies, remove seeds and cut into fine rings
Fry the minced meat in hot oil while turning. Fry the onion, garlic and chillies briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, sweat it on. Deglaze with 3/4 l water and tomatoes with juice. Crush the tomatoes a little bit. Bring to the boil, stir in broth and simmer for about 20 minutes
Drain the corn and beans. Add to the mince and simmer for another 15 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Season chili with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve with tortilla chips
