Squeeze 6-7 oranges, measure out 600 ml of juice. Mix 1 pack (1 kg) of jam sugar (1 : 1) with the juice, bring to the boil and boil for at least 4 minutes until bubbly. Immediately pour into clean screw-top jars, close and place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes.
Let it cool down. Shelf life minimum 6 months.
