Orange-Horseradish Butter

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 1 small piece of fresh horseradish (alternatively 2-3 teaspoons from the glass)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Put butter in pieces in a bowl. Rinse the orange hot, dab dry and grate the peel finely directly into the butter. Peel fresh horseradish and grate it finely into the butter as well.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mix everything with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and put in a cool place.
