Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp scraped pulp from 1 vanilla pod
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1/2 untreated orange
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar stars

Directions

    Whip the cream until half stiff. Finely chop the chocolate. Put milk and vanilla pulp in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove from the stove. Add chocolate and melt in the hot milk while stirring.

    Refine with orange peel and orange juice. Sweeten to taste. Divide chocolate into 4 glasses, carefully place cream on top and sprinkle with sugar stars. Serve immediately.
