  • 1 untreated lemon and orange
  • 9-10 Oranges
  • 1 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 500 g "Extra jelly sugar" (2:1; f. 1 kg fruit)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Campari

Directions

    Wash untreated fruits hot, rub dry. Peel the skin with a julienne chaff in fine strips. Squeeze all citrus fruits (measure 1 l juice). Wash the carambola, cut into thin slices

    juice and peel, carambola, sugar and campari in a pot

    mix well. Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and boil for at least 3 minutes until bubbly. Fill brimful into prepared twist-off glasses, close. Let cool upside down
