Ingredients

  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 3 Branches of marjoram
  • 40 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (230 g; 32 cm ø) Pizza dough; rolled out round (from the chiller cabinet)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 red pears
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cut the bacon into thin strips. Wash two sprigs of marjoram, dab dry and chop the leaves. Mash the cheese with a fork, season with eggs, milk, chopped marjoram, salt and pepper. Grease the bottom of the tart tin (24 cm Ø). Place the pizza dough in the form, press it down, prick it several times with a fork, cut off the protruding edge.

    Clean, wash and halve the spring onions lengthwise. Wash and halve the pears and remove the core. Cut pear halves into slices. Place spring onions in the dish with a space between them and put the pear slices in between. Sprinkle with egg milk and sprinkle with diced bacon. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 15 minutes on the bottom of the oven. Bake for another 25 minutes (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3). Cover if necessary. Garnish with remaining marjoram leaves.
