Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g white mushrooms
  • 125 g Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 150 g Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp fraîche
  • 1 TEASPOON Dijon mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

    Clean, wash and slice the onions and champagnes. Mix the salad cream and the crème fraîche. Season with mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the vegetables
