Soak the rolls in cold water. Clean and wash the mushrooms, possibly halve them. Knead the pressed out roll, minced meat, 3 tablespoons roasted onions, egg, mustard, salt and pepper. Form 8 meatballs with moistened hands
Fry the meatballs in 1-2 tablespoons of hot oil for 6-8 minutes on each side. Take out
Fry the mushrooms in 1 tbsp. hot oil for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Stir in just under 1/2 l water, cream and stock. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wash and chop the parsley. Arrange everything. Sprinkle with parsley and 1 tbsp. roasted onions. Spätzle and a fresh salad taste good with it
