Onion meatballs on vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 Bag of onion soup
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Gourmet style"
  • 375 g Carrots
  • 375 g Leeks (leek)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) flour, 1/4 l milk
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Knead minced meat, egg and soup powder well. Form 8 meatballs from it

    Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into sticks. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Steam carrots and leek in approx. 3/8 l boiling salted water covered for 8-10 minutes

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meatballs in it for 12-15 minutes, turning from time to time. Peel onions and cut into rings. Fry briefly at the end

    Drain the vegetables, collect the vegetable water and measure about 1/4 l. Heat the fat. Sweat flour. Stir in vegetable water and milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste and heat the vegetables in it

    Wash and chop the parsley. Arrange meatballs and vegetables, sprinkle with onion rings and parsley. Served with: Boiled potatoes

    Drink: cold beer
