Ingredients

  • 4 Burger buns with sesame
  • 1 red parika pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 4-8 leaves Picking salad
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Ketchup
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mango Chutney
  • 4 discs Sliced cheese (e.g. Cheddar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Halve the rolls and lightly toast on both sides. Wash peppers, cut them crosswise into thin rings and remove seeds. Peel red onion and cut into thin rings. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, diced onion, ketchup and egg and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 wide, flat burger meatballs from the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on both sides for 5-6 minutes.

    Cover the lower burger halves with a little salad and 1 tablespoon of chutney each. On top of this, place the pepper rings, meatball, 1 slice of cheese and the onion rings. Finish with the lid of the bun and serve immediately.

    Garnish cheeseburger with parsley.
