  • 500 g Butter
  • 200 g black olives
  • 200 g green olives with peppers
  • 3 Eßl olive oil (depending on consistency more or less)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Bouquet of thyme and parsley
