Ingredients

  • 3 Spring onions
  • 100 g paprika-filled olives
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and Dill
  • 1 bed of cress, 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 (200 g) Cup of sour cream
  • 500 g low-fat curd, salt, pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Chop the olives coarsely, except for a few. Wash the herbs. Cut cress from the bed. Garlic peel, chop. Puree herbs and garlic in the sour cream.

    Stir in the quark. Fold in spring onions and olives, season to taste. Garnish with the rest of the herbs and olives.
