Score the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Cream butter, sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda, stir in briefly.
Stir in vanilla pulp, raisins and oat flakes. Using a tablespoon, spread a total of approx. 15 pastry blobs on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper, leaving approx. 5 cm free all around. Press flat a little so that the cookies are round (approx. 6 cm Ø).
Bake cookies in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 8 minutes. Leave to cool on the baking paper, then remove.
