Roast the hazelnut flakes in a coated pan without fat. Take out and let cool down
Mix curd, sugar, ground hazelnuts and possibly rum flavour until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Fold the cream into the nut quark
Melt the nut nougat cream slightly in a hot water bath or in the microwave. Pour nut quark into four dessert glasses. Drizzle the liquid nut nougat cream over it with a teaspoon. Sprinkle the roasted hazelnut leaves over it
-Extend the nut nougat quark with fruit, e.g. with a banana. Cut into slices and fold in with the whipped cream
-It is even easier to make this dessert if you sprinkle the nut quark with a ready-made chocolate dessert sauce
