Nut bread bites with ham and salad

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 Shallot
  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g Butter
  • 4 discs Nut bread (approx. 60 g each)
  • 1 package (80 g) Cured ham
  • 20 g Mountain cheese

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and honey. Add oil drop by drop to the vinaigrette. Peel the shallot, cut into fine cubes and stir into the vinaigrette. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Heat butter in a large pan and fry bread in it for about 6 minutes while turning. Cover bread slices with ham and slice cheese on top. Arrange salad and bread on plates
