Wash the asparagus, peel and cut off the woody ends. Cut asparagus into pieces of about 2 cm length. Peel onion and cut into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes, turning it over. After about 5 minutes add onion and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Dust the meat pan with flour, add white wine and stock while stirring, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and refine with cream. Wash wild garlic, shake dry and cut into strips except for a little bit for garnishing.
Drain the pasta. Mix the shredded meat, noodles and wild garlic strips and arrange on plates. Garnish with wild garlic.
